This page sets out the legal terms, restrictions, and player responsibilities related to using the myan98 platform.

These terms and conditions form a binding agreement between myan98 and players who use the platform and its services. By accessing and playing on this platform, the player confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms and conditions below.
1. Definitions and Scope
The term "myan98" refers to this platform, its related websites, mobile applications, and all associated services. The term "player" refers to any person who has registered an account on myan98 and is using its services.
These terms and conditions apply to all players who access the services through myan98's website, any application, or any other interface. Continuing to use any feature of the platform means you have accepted the updated terms.
2. Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Restriction
Players must be at least 21 years old to use the myan98 platform. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to register an account on this platform for any reason. If myan98 becomes aware of an account belonging to someone under 21, it will be closed immediately and the balance in that account will be handled after a decision is made.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each player may open only one account on myan98. If multiple accounts from the same person are found, myan98 may close all such accounts and also cancel any bonuses and winnings received.
2.3 Accurate Information
Players must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. If myan98 finds that any information provided is incorrect at any time, myan98 may suspend or close the account and request supporting identification documents.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
3.1 Deposits
Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks by any method. Deposits will be credited to the account after verification by myan98.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours of the request. Players may only withdraw to the payment method registered to their account.
3.3 Verification
myan98 has the right to carry out security checks on any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during this period. Players must provide any documents requested, and refusal to do so will result in the withdrawal being cancelled.
3.4 Erroneous Payments
If an incorrect amount is credited to a player's account due to a technical error, myan98 has the right to recover that amount. Players may not use or wager any erroneously credited funds.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
myan98's welcome bonus offer is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. Once the bonus is claimed, a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount must be met.
Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
Example 2 — Deposit 520,000 Ks and receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks (maximum cap), giving a total balance of 1,020,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have its own specific wagering requirements and expiry conditions.
- Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- The specific terms for each bonus offer are stated in the individual bonus promotion.
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once per person.
- myan98 may modify or cancel bonus offers with or without prior notice.
5. VIP Levels and Cashback
The myan98 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. A player's VIP level advances based on their playing activity.
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP cashback is credited once per week. Cashback funds are treated as a bonus and carry a wagering requirement. myan98 reserves the right to adjust the cashback rates and tier criteria of the VIP program.
6. General Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play
myan98 uses SSL encryption and Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play for all players.
6.2 Betting Limits
myan98 may set betting limits based on a player's deposit amount and betting patterns. Players can visit the Responsible Gaming section to set their own daily betting limits.
6.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
myan98 strictly prohibits money laundering. If suspicious financial activity is detected, myan98 has the right to suspend or close the player's account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited on the myan98 platform—
- Wagering with the intent to exploit bonus offers (Bonus Abuse).
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated playing tools.
- Seeking out and exploiting platform errors.
- Repeatedly claiming bonus offers using multiple accounts from a single person.
- Depositing or withdrawing using a payment method that is not in your own name.
- Attempting any hacking or DDoS attack that could harm the platform.
If myan98 finds that any of the above actions have taken place, the player's account may be closed without prior notice and any bonuses earned may be cancelled.
8。 Account Matters
8.1 Security
Players must keep their login details (username / password) secure and must not share them with anyone. If anyone else uses your account, you are personally responsible. If you notice any unusual activity or believe you cannot access your account, contact myan98 customer support immediately.
8.2 Account Suspension and Closure
myan98 has the right to suspend or close a player's account if it finds that these terms have been violated or that platform security is being threatened. If a player wishes to dispute an account closure, they may contact the support team.
8.3 Self-Requested Account Closure
If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may request this through myan98 customer support. Before closure, any remaining non-bonus balance will be returned to the main payment method.
9。 Personal Data and Protection
myan98 protects players' personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accessing and using myan98, players also agree to that policy. We will never share players' personal data with third parties in a way that violates applicable laws.
10。 Limitation of Liability
myan98 is not responsible for any losses, loss of earnings, or any consequences arising from a player's use of the platform. Where losses occur due to platform downtime or technical issues, myan98's liability is limited.
11。 Amendments to Terms
myan98 may amend these terms at any time, and any amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the revised terms. Players are advised to review this page regularly.
